Cultural Identity and Occupational Stress

Cultural identity impacts many aspects of living and working. This paper explores the effects of cultural identity on perceived stress and burnout at work. An exploration of cultural dimensions identified by several researchers are offered both singly and in interaction to suggest that some cultures may be more vulnerable to occupational stress.
