Humanizing Change: A Journey of Discovery
Dr. Travis L Sample.
Organizations cannot be transformed and effectively process accelerating change until and unless each of us commit ourselves to personal transformation and servant leadership; anchored in a deep belief in trustworthiness, unconditional trust, an appetite for accountability in all of life's choices and both personal and organizational alignment. The theme of my book, HUMANIZING CHANGE: A Journey of Discovery, (University Press of America, ISBN# 0-7618-2429-4) will both inspire and provoke you to create your own legacy, your own destiny, while discovering an inner strength, an ethical anchor that will guide you as you pursue and achieve greatness in your life. I am persuaded that the heart of most organizations problems are problems of the heart and I don't care how much you know, until I know how much you care. Discover your meaning and purpose in life, and you will choose to change the direction of your life. To summarize the theme of my presentation; life is change, but growth is optional. One must choose wisely.
